Thank you for taking your first step toward becoming a champion volunteer in Eastridge Church Children's Ministry! 

We partner with families to spiritually influence children's lives to see them become the people God created them to be in spirit, word, and action.

There are a few steps in our onboarding process:

• Step 1 | Intake Application -Detailed information about your previous church experience, character references, testimony, and fun facts about you. This is an essential part of our process as it helps us know where you'd thrive, investing in the children of Eastridge Church.
• Step 2 | Background Check -Safety and security is our #2 priority in Children's Ministry. Once we receive your Intake Application, you will receive a secured email from Checkr that will perform a background check for any criminal offense, predatory behavior, child neglect, physical or sexual abuse. Once cleared, you're ready for the next step.
• Step 3 | Interview -You'll be invited for a 30-minute interview to answer any of your questions and to match you to the best position for you to volunteer in Children's Ministry.
• Step 4 | Training -You'll be scheduled to shadow another team member and receive specific training for the volunteer position. 
• Step 5 | Welcome Aboard!
